oohilove has something call "love dollar" for each bid that you click in the website they give you 2 love dollar.
Those love dollar can be redeem with special products that they have, ==>but the price of those products are at least 3 time recharged than any other place in the internet.<==
I made a complaint with them, because I lose almost 250 dollars and I didn’t to expend more money so I went to redeem that money with the “love dollar” and I found THE TRAP.
I sent them emails about it, and they offered me to give me 43 bids back, thing that I complete rejected because what I really want is to use my dollars love.
Well, after explain again and again and again that I didn’t want bids back and that I found that scam with the love dollar GUESS WHAT??? ==>THEY CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!!<==
I lost 100 bids that I won, i Lost 860 famous dollar Love, i lost everything!!!!
IN OTHERS WORDS, THEY LITERAL STOLE ME A LOT OF MONEY!!!!
My QUestion es "Do they have the right to cancell my account and kept all that i legally won just because i complain when i found the racket"?

Without reading their terms of use and other information, I'm not sure what they're 'allowed' to do necessarily, but they are currently a BBB Accredited Business and required to respond to all consumer complaints filed against them. I would recommend filing a complaint on our website at www.sanjose.bbb.org. Just click on the Complain Against a Business link on the homepage. We will notify you as soon as we receive a response from them addressing your issues.

I'm looking for a Lawyer to make a lawsuit, honestly I don't see BBB doing something after clearly I explain everything, and now is getting worse, because oohilove charge my credit card with those items that they don't want to give me.
Any idea where i can find a lawyer? thanks.
